Autism...

If you read my little bio on the right,
You would see I have 3 kids...
2 have Autism...
My Justice and My Daniel...

I mention it from time to time,
As it is apart of our lives,
And part of who they are...

I LOVE my kids, all 3...
Being a Mom is awesome...
Being a Mom to 1 NT and 2 Autism,
Is a wild ride... And I love every minute of it...

Funny thing...
Is we are okay with it...
For us, we don't need a cure,
It is part of who they are...

And so,
This card is inspired by my Justice & Daniel...
Who have Autism...

To make this card I used:

  3. I have to be honest when I saw that sketch I couldn't see how to make a nice card from it but this is perfect with this image, like lots of thought bubbles. My Neice is Autistic and has ADHD but she is the sweetest person and has a pure heart. Her Mum has had many battles with Schools to get the help she needed but she is now 16 and about to go to college to study art. You are a fabulous advocate and I am sure your kids love that you are fighting in their corner.

Many thanks for joining in with our 'Use A Digi' challenge over at OSAAT & hope to see you back again soon.

  5. I love the card and the meaning behind it. I work in the special education/disability (now with states and federal programs), and I know what you mean when you said that's a part of who they are. The girl is so sweet, and I like how you colored her. Thanks for joining us at CAS-ual Fridays!
