Justice's 18th Birthday Victorian Invites

I am happy to say we have finally settled on a design for my Justice's 18th Birthday invitations.
She wanted something Victorian. Easy...
She wanted them to be Grey, Pink and White... Easy...

The next stop was collecting all the supplies.
So we headed on over to one of our favorite stores Collective Journeys, and we bought all the supplies  for her invites (excluding Cricut Cartridges I owned) ... final total $98... ouch...

We made 6 invites... but she was happy and they are beautiful.

To make Victorian Invites I used:
DCWV - Lace and Linen Stack
Bo Bunny -Double Dot  Designs Back To Backs Pink on Pink Polka Dot Heavy Weight Paper
Textured Cardstock in White, Pink, Light Pink and Grey
The Paper Company -Columns Translucent Vellum (White Stripes)
QuickKutz Rose Die
Cricut Spring Cards Cartridge
Circut Victorian Romance Cartridge
Heart Pins
Ava Creative Pearls in Ivory and Pink
Memento Ink in Rose Bud
Sakura Souffle pen- XPGB#94 (grey)
Grey pleated ribbon
Stickles in Icicle
Foam Tape
Glue dots

Here are the invitations and envelopes:

We had enough to make several more invitations but we limit the amount of girls we invite, as we like to keep it small and fun.
My daughter is not big on crowds, and because of her autism she does not do well with too many people.

For the front of the invitation we used grey cardstock.
We cut the first mat out of dark pink, and layered the striped vellum on top to give the vellum the look of striped pink.

The inside of the the invitation.
Left side hot air balloon with Bo Bunny paper.
On the right side we used the same idea... we used white textured cardstock and stamped You are Invited in Rosebud

We used roses we die cut as seals for our envelopes.
They came out so cute.

Envelopes were made from DCWV Linen and Lace stack.

Envelopes...

Envelopes... the detail of the lace is so awesome, so realistic...
I love this paper stack so much I went back and bought another one.

The hot air balloon on the inside of the card.
I just love the Bo Bunny paper and the the textured cardstock.

Inside the card to cover the glue dots we used pearls and the die cut rose.
The rose was made out of dark pink cardstock and the leaves were from the Bo Bunny paper.

For the inside of her invitation we do not put her name or address, as the girls we invite are the same girls that she has known for years.
Also helps keep our address and phone number out of the wrong hands.
I did write in grey ink the date and the time and then placed the vellum over it to give it a softer look.

The front of the invitation is beyond what i imagined.
When I sketched it out, I had no idea how nice it would turn out.
Justice loves it. I love it... and the best part of all is even though I created them, Justice had input from the beginning.

Now we are on to planning the decorations. They will be in the same color scheme and with the same images, but I have so many ideas and so little time.
